Personnel Committee

The Personnel Committee is a committee of the Session and is composed of a chairperson, a Session representative and members from the congregation at large.

The Personnel Committee is responsible for oversight of the staff of the church in cooperation with the Senior Pastor. Duties include monthly updates of relationships, performance reviews for all staff members, and acting as a liaison between the congregation and the church staff. It also recommends salaries of all staff to the Session and the congregation for approval.
